Processing Time
    •    Orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
    •    During launches, sales, or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended.
    •    You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Rates & Delivery
    •    Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.
    •    Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after processing.
    •    Delivery times may vary depending on carrier delays or peak seasons.

We currently ship within the United States only.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once your order is handed over to the shipping carrier, Esther & Eve Collective is not responsible for:
    •    Carrier delays
    •    Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
    •    Incorrect addresses provided at checkout

Please double-check your shipping information before placing your order.

If your package is marked delivered but cannot be located, we recommend:
    1.    Checking with neighbors
    2.    Contacting your local post office
    3.    Filing a claim directly with the carrier

Address Changes

If you notice an address error, please contact us immediately at info@estherandevecollective.com. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed or shipped.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, please email us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos so we can review and assist you promptly.
