Return & Refund Policy

At Esther & Eve Collective, we pray you love every piece you receive. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns
    •    Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
    •    Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in original condition with tags attached.
    •    Items returned with makeup, deodorant, perfume, stains, pet hair, or damage will not be accepted.
    •    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale:
    •    Sale or clearance items
    •    Accessories (jewelry, hats, etc.)
    •    Bodysuits
    •    Gift cards

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:
    •    Approved returns will be issued as store credit (sent via email).
    •    We do not offer refunds back to original payment methods unless the item was defective.
    •    Please allow 5–7 business days for processing after we receive your return.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos. We will gladly make it right.

Shipping Policy Note

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
